Truth.  Dares can be too embarrassing and/or painful, while I really have very little to hide from Truth.  ...then again, who else is playing this little game?  And what mood are they in?  Sometimes, dares can be fun...

Never really had a problem with physical violence, though.  Even when I was young I apparantly emitted an intimidating aura.  Combined with what was an almost-but-not-quite sadistic tendency to manipulate perception, and most people were simply too afraid of me to give me much problem back then.
